No to both. You do not need a subscription, and there is no contract or monthly fee. We never take a percentage of your ad spend or mark up your clicks, so doubling your ad spend does not double your bill. You keep paying Google Ads directly.

One credit costs $1. Most Hero AI questions cost 0.2 to 1.5 credits: a quick lookup is cheap, and a full diagnosis costs more. You need at least 1 credit in your balance to ask Hero AI a question. There are no free credits, but your first account scan and first dashboard summary are free.

We email you a week before, three days before and the day before your balance runs out. Daily checks then pause, and nothing is deleted. Topping up starts them again.

An optional setting, off until you turn it on. It buys $20 of credits when you switch it on, and again whenever your balance drops below 5 credits. It runs as a yearly credit subscription. Turn it off in Settings, then Billing, and it ends at once. Your credits stay.

Yes. You connect with your Google sign-in, so we never see or keep a password. We ask for Google Ads access only, nothing from Gmail, Drive or your calendar. Hero Marketer changes your account only through edits you approve, automations you switch on, and campaigns you publish or pause yourself. We keep each campaign’s daily totals until your team disconnects the account, and we look up everything deeper when you open a page. We never see your card. What we keep is stored encrypted, and the AI services we use don’t learn from it. You can remove our access any time in your Google account settings.

Client accounts yes, shared team workspaces not yet. There are no seats. Each person signs in on their own, and reports, dashboards, chats, alert settings and credits stay with that person, so each person pays the daily rate for the accounts they connect. You can keep up to 10 businesses, including client accounts under a manager (MCC) login, and switch between them in the sidebar. Each business has its own dashboard, reports and chats, with no view across businesses.

Yes. Unused credits are refundable within 90 days of the purchase that bought them. Email [email protected], and Paddle refunds them to your original payment method. Spent credits and Paddle's processing fee are not refunded. There is no cancellation fee.

Nothing locks it in. To delete everything, email [email protected] from your sign-in address. Access ends at once, we remove your data within 7 days, and clear it from backups within 30 days. Before you go, switch off auto top up. On request, we export your products, campaigns and chats.
