Three hours of spreadsheet work to answer one CEO question is not a sustainable way to run a marketing channel. So I built a copilot that does it in three minutes.

The Monday morning

It was 9:17 AM. The CEO asked one question.

"Why did CAC increase 43% last month?"

I knew this dance. "I'll have an answer by end of day," I said, already dreading the hours of spreadsheet archaeology ahead.

"John," he interrupted. "What would you do if you could answer that question right now? If Google Ads analysis took thirty minutes instead of three hours?"

I'd ship the LinkedIn campaign sitting in draft. Make the SEO improvements I'd been pushing for months. Think about partnerships. Do marketing instead of reporting on it.
My honest answer

That conversation kept replaying in my head. Why was every Monday built around the same dance? Why did I need three hours of spreadsheet work to confirm what I already half suspected? Why was there no tool that understood B2B SaaS metrics the way my CEO did?

Every existing tool was built for someone else.

It took me a while to name the real problem. Every one of these was built for ecommerce and pointed at B2B SaaS. They assume a sale closes in a week, that ROAS is the truth, that you can pause a keyword on Tuesday and trust the result by Friday. None of that is how we work. Our sales cycles run 30 to 90 days. Our real number lives in a CRM Google Ads can't see. Fix one leak and three more open, because the decisions cascade for months. B2B SaaS doesn't need a faster ecommerce tool. It needs one that thinks in our timeframes.
